EPB-G Series Full Servo Electric CNC Press Brake
The EPB-G series is the smallest “all electric” servo driven press brake in the LZK-EPB electric press brake series. The C-series machines are equipped with 1 to 2 ball screws and use a “direct drive system” to manage the force. Each ball screw is capable of generating approximately 25 tons of force. By using these ball screws in a “direct drive system”, our electric press brakes are very affordable compared to traditional small hydraulic press brakes.
Machine frame processing
A large floor boring and milling machine is used to process the bending machine frame as a whole.
100% electric, no hydraulic oil required
The servo system uses 100% electricity instead of hydraulic oil and hydraulic components, reducing pollution.
Upper and lower mold standard segments
The mold segments are 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 100, 300 (cm), and the user can customize the length.
Professional CNC system
The ESA S640 controller is used by default, and users can customize it.
Electromechanical deflection compensation (optional)
Input plate thickness and length parameters in the digital system, and the system will automatically perform deflection compensation.
High-precision backgauge structure
Using ball screw and linear guide rail, driven by servo motor, the positioning of back gauge is fast and accurate.

LZK | DSP laser protection device
The Italian DSP laser protection device, the DSP laser safety protection device fully protects the personal safety of the bending machine operator and avoids the danger caused by the rapid movement of the slider on the machine tool. A block-shaped protection area is formed for the bending tip to protect the front, middle and rear areas of the tip. The protection area is fixed under the tool tip and moves synchronously with the mold, which ensures that any object below must enter the protection area generated by DSP before touching the tool tip when the mold moves down at high speed. Once an obstruction (such as a worker’s finger) enters the DSP protection area, the DSP will immediately send a signal and interrupt the downward movement of the slider.
