LZK-NVL series CNC vertical V groover machine. This machine tool adopts advanced CNC system with novel design. LZK-NVL type grooving machine parts are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, the grooving speed is fast and strong clamping is guaranteed. The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator compensation and overflow valve, and the motor works in gap mode, which saves energy and ensures the safety of the hydraulic system.
The workbench is made of carbon tool steel, and the hardness reaches above HRC55 after quenching. Therefore, the wear of the workbench is small and the surface can be replaced, which prolongs the service life of the equipment.
