A lot of special processing is done on the top, such as reaming after bending, groove processing before bending, cutting or secant along the bending line, and bending to the side of the hole near the bend line to fill the design to the design size, etc. .
The bending machine can be further divided into a manual bending machine, a CNC bending machine and a hydraulic numerical control machine. When in use, the coil is energized by the wire, and after the power is applied, the platen is attracted to the platen, thereby clamping the plate between the platen and the base. Thanks to the electromagnetic force clamping, the pressure plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and the workpiece with the side wall can be processed, and the operation is also very simple.
After the bending machine is bent and reamed, only one or several pixel holes are less than the minimum hole distance from the bending line. When the appearance of the product is strict, in order to avoid pulling the material during bending, the pixel can be shrunk. Processing, but the number of projects is large and the efficiency is low.
In the actual design, because the structural design requires the actual distance to be smaller than the above distance, the processing manufacturer often uses the pre-bending groove treatment. Due to the pressure line processing of the CNC bending machine, one more process, the efficiency is lower, the precision is lower, and in principle, it is avoided as much as possible.
When the bending line used by the bending machine has no effect on the appearance of the workpiece or is acceptable, the cutting hole is used to improve the manufacturability, but the disadvantage of doing so is that it affects the appearance effect, and because the secant or the narrow groove is used, Need to be done with laser cutting.
When it is required to ensure the margin of the hole, it needs to be processed to the design size after bending at the edge of the hole near the bending line, but generally this secondary material removal cannot be completed on the punching machine, and only the secondary cutting can be performed on the laser cutting machine. The positioning is troublesome, and the cost of such processing is high.
