Machine frame processing
A large floor boring and milling machine is used to process the bending machine frame as a whole.
Mechanical Torsion Synchronization
The shaft body is made of forged material, with high rigidity and good elasticity. There is a fine-tuning device, and the anti-bias load is weak.
Dual Servo Control
The dual servos independently control the Y1Y2 oil cylinders, and the system automatically detects and corrects the position difference of Y1Y2 to achieve the same synchronization accuracy as the electro-hydraulic servo.

Electromechanical deflection compensation
Input plate thickness and length parameters in the digital system, and the system will automatically perform deflection compensation.
High-precision backgauge structure

The backgauge is welded with steel structure, which has high rigidity, and is driven by servo motor, ball screw and linear guide to ensure high precision operation. The mounting set screws at the four corners can be adjusted quickly.

The rear gauge beam is made of square tube with high rigidity. LZK engineers designed an adjustable linkage device to achieve the purpose of lowering or raising the overall height of the finger.
